The space

Casita De Coco is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome with private patio and hot tub! Our home is located in the Encantada Resort where you’ll have access to the community pools, spa’s, play ground and Gym. Our home is located minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Legoland, Universal Studios & many other Orlando destinations including dining and shopping! The home’s open floor plan is great for entertaining family & friends. Whether you are staying for a few days or a few weeks, you are sure to love our home!

Guest access

You’ll have access to the entire home (except for the owners closet) including the patio and Spa. You’ll also have access to the community pools, spa’s, playground and gym.

Other things to note

House rules prohibit parties, smoking, and any animals aside from pre-registered dogs. There is a pet fee. Please ask about it in advance if you will be bringing dogs (2 dog limit). We cannot accept any other pets, such as but not limited to cats, birds, hamsters, etc. As a courtesy, our home is stocked with a basic starter pack of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher soap). If you will be staying more than a few days, you will want to make a trip to the store for additional supplies.
